These little modules make it super easy to use CAT5 ethernet cable to connect your OnStep computer to your 4 wire stepper motors.  These PCBs combine the 8pin ethernet to the 4pin stepper motor wires just like the standard conversion on the OnStep PCBs.  There are 4 holes in the PCB so you can attach them to your OnStep project box with screws.

You use standard ethernet cables.  You do not need to make custom cables.
