OnStep ESP32 and ESP8266 Installer

This is a prototype installer. Other methods to install and more project information are at this URL https://onstep.groups.io/g/main/wiki/.

1. First choose the project
2. Choose the OnStep Software Version you want to load on your ESP MCU
3. Then use the CONNECT button to connect to your ESP via USB Serial
4. **Most ESP32s you need to hold the boot button to flash the firmware**
